I've used Raveraide the day after a night out to get over a hangover and as a pre-work out before going to the gym. I have been an avid Liquid IV customer. Until I tried Raveraide...This isn't just meant for ravers. I'm a work from home mom. I've used Raveraide to help when I'm sick for the extra vitamin boosts. To help with nursing when I had to drink so much water every day to keep up my supply. And yes, even on the mornings after the evenings I had some extra mommy juice (aka wine.) 😅 Raveraide as a side by side comparison to Liquid IV is above par. I have used this since I heard about it it! It’s so natural and easy going! Most of these you can taste the powder after you mix and that is not the case here! The new flavors are even better!
